The ergonomically designed and extremely robust body of the Nova enables hours of fatigue-free fishing while the smooth action on the retrieve completes the reel’s positive overall feel. Despite the practically indestructible housing, the Nova is surprisingly light and a delight to handle via the star and centrifugal drag. The multiplier allows perfect, twist-free casting while the additional ‘ratchet’ function makes trolling with a trolling float very effective, whether with lures or baitfish.
